1. What services do you offer?
We offer a range of home styling services including one off consultations, personalised moodboards, room restyles, full home styling, Airbnb and property styling, and seasonal refreshes. Each project is tailored to your space, budget, and personal style.
2. How does the process work?
The process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your space, vision, and goals. From there, we create a customised moodboard and style direction. Once approved, we source, style, and bring your space to life. You’ll receive clear updates every step of the way.
3. Do I need to pay upfront?
No, a deposit is not required to secure your consultation. You’ll only be invoiced after the initial consultation if you decide to move forward with the styling service. This allows you to review the plan, feel confident, and choose the package that best suits your needs before making any payment.
4. What areas do you service?
Based in Melbourne, we service surrounding metro areas, and regional/rural locations. Travel within 20 km of the CBD is included, beyond this, a small travel fee applies. But will be calculated after location is confirmed.
5. How long does the process take?
Each project varies, but most styling projects are completed within 2–5 weeks from consultation to final reveal. This depends on scope, sourcing time, and product lead times.
6. Can you work with my existing furniture?
Absolutely! We love incorporating pieces you already own and giving them new life through thoughtful styling and layering. We’ll advise what to keep, what to move, and what could elevate your space further.
7. What if I’m renting?
Renters are more than welcome, our styling focuses on non permanent changes that make your space feel elevated without affecting your lease. Think layout tweaks, styling updates, and affordable décor swaps.
8. Do you offer virtual styling?
Yes! For clients outside Melbourne, we offer virtual consultations and digital moodboard packages, perfect for remote or interstate styling support.
9. Are product costs included in the styling fee?
Product purchases are separate and vary depending on your agreed budget. We’ll create a detailed sourcing list tailored to your price range so you stay fully in control of costs.
